Share has 10 years of experience developing and applying counseling skills. She uses an integrative approach with EDIT™, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and neurobiology. By approaching therapy in a non-judgmental way, Share cultivates compassion for the client’s desire to feel safe, calm, connected, or loved. She believes eating disorder behaviors can be a way of coping that is no longer working, and by bringing awareness to the unconscious aspects of the eating disorder, Share helps clients discover the hidden wisdom in all of their actions. She also works with children using play therapy.
