Be your own reason to smile
I have struggled with weight issues since I have been 14. I would try any diet that had a quick fix and when they wouldn’t work, I would revert back to my old habits. I would binge, then restrict food and get obsessed about working out. I became obsessed with counting calories and eating a “clean” diet.
4 years ago, I became a Herbalife Coach and saw first hand how the diet culture works and it shed a new light on it for me. 2 years ago, I realized how unhealthy my obsession with losing weight had become and decided to take a new path and stopped being a Herbalife Coach.
I have been recovering from Disordered Eating for 2 years and want to help others with this issue, because I feel it is so important for all of us to have a healthy relationship with our body and to love ourselves unconditionally.
