Sara Schultz

Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist in the State of Colorado and a Certified Professional Coach. She graduated with degrees in Contemplative Psychotherapy (Somatic Concentration) and Writing from Naropa University. She also received a certification in life coaching, with a Health & Wellness specialty, at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPec) which is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She employs an eclectic blend of therapeutic techniques, including Authentic Movement, expressive arts therapy, life coaching, Motivational Interviewing, and EDIT™ principles and protocol. Sara works primarily with women between the ages of 16 and 30 to support full eating disorder recovery, build body confidence and food freedom, and support healthy management of anxiety and stress. She loves engaging young women in developing a healthy, intuitive, and creative relationship with their bodies and the food that fuels them. She has a particular passion for body positivity and food justice, and is committed to supporting current generations in educating themselves around diet culture to support mental, physical, and spiritual growth. She currently meets with clients in her Boulder office as well as virtually, through video conference and phone calls.
