My name is Rachael Duckett, and I would love to be your coach! I have lived experience with an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I have completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I am currently working on my master’s degree in clinical psychology. I am also a mother of five children! I have been in recovery for 15 years, and it is possible for you too!
