Naomi Bernal

 Naomi has over a decade of experience in the field of mental health. She utilizes evidence-based modalities, which include: EDIT (Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Naomi has experience providing treatment to a variety of individuals and their families ranging from: youths, Transitional Aged Youths (TAY) to adults and has worked in a variety of settings, to include: School-based, Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. She has knowledge working with dually diagnosed individuals, in addition to providing care for persons with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and complex conditions such as: Substance Use and Eating Disorders.
