Mary Casey

Mary has an extensive background in training, instructional design, and personal coaching. A defining moment in Mary’s life is the death of her father when she was 10 years old. She attempted to fill this void in destructive ways, primarily through a binge-purge cycle that was an obsession for many years of her life, beginning in high school and continuing through her adult years. Mary has multiple years of recovery from her eating disorder, and is a single mother of a 13-year old son and an entrepreneur. She has strong altruistic values and desires to “pay it forward” with her true purpose to create awareness, consulting, and coaching around eating disorders, particularly across university campuses.
