I tailor my therapy approach to your needs and personality. I tend to use aspects of Person-Centered and Choice Theories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. This means you are in the driver’s seat and I follow your lead as we work together toward your goals.
