Annie Simard

Annie trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world’s leading school in Nutritional Psychology, where she received her certification as an Eating Psychology Coach. She learned cutting edge tools and protocols that enable her to work with body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity and others. Her work combines the powerful new fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition. The skills she uses from her training are a combination of practical coaching techniques, results oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body centred practices and mind body science. Annie uses a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health. Annie also studied Conscious Relationships with the Institute which is a unique, holistic program. She learned effective methods for working with clients around communication, intimacy, arguing, fighting, breaking up, divorce, transitions and the unique challenges facing women, men and different age groups. When Annie works with clients their success can be measured by: how much they embrace life, embody and experience pleasure, feel nourished by food, let go of old attachments or wounds, find a greater sense of purpose and mission, unleash their creativity and authenticity, open up to self-love and loving others, and learning to love their bodies as they are right now.
