Claudia Y. Pache
Claudia has her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Claudia has worked with children who have experienced trauma and guided them in feeling comfortable to explore their emotions. She currently works as a Therapist at the Refuge-A Healing Place counseling individuals who have experienced trauma in addition to helping them overcome substance abuse and process addictions. She specializes in Eating Disorders, and is also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. She is currently working on her trauma yoga therapy certification. Claudia is also works part-time at Supportive Connections and studio as a therapist and Certified Health Coach. She has a passion for empowering others through knowledge and healthy coping skills and believes in channeling the mind body connection to obtain overall health goals. She employs practical lifestyle coaching methods and dietary theories to guide individuals with health practices that work for them.
