I am based in Grand Junction, CO and passionate about helping people recover from their eating disorders. I have lived experience and am excited to combine that along with training and knowledge to help others find freedom for their eating disorders.

Recovery can get hard, you’re re-framing your world. No matter how hard it gets, no matter how many tries it takes, it is worth it so don’t ever give up!
