Amanda Grace Caldwell

Amanda Grace is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern and a graduate of Denver Seminary with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with women, couples and teenagers on a variety of concerns including: eating disorders, crisis pregnancies, depression, identity issues. Amanda Grace is certified as a Critical Incident Stress Management counselor and a Prepare and Enrich facilitator.  She is willing to integrate one’s spirituality into one’s healing process as well. Amanda’s goal in working with clients is to bring people to a place of freedom and of hope. She is passionate about journeying with clients no matter the path they are on and giving them a teammate and guide along the way. Amanda Grace specializes in the integration of spirituality with one’s healing process as well as the practice of gratitude and mindfulness as a part of the journey. Further, Amanda Grace has a great depth of experience in working with teenage girls around their body image and self-confidence issues. She enjoys using art therapy and expressive writing exercises as a means of helping clients process their emotions and learn to “feel instead of fill.”
